Who we Are
Kwaya Foundation Ltd is an organization dedicated to empowering children with disabilities, women, and the girl child. We operate under the core philosophy that “we rise by lifting others”.+1
Founded by the visionary Spice Diana, a passionate advocate for inclusion and equality, the foundation was established to address the unique and often overlooked challenges faced by vulnerable groups in our community. We believe in a world where everyone—regardless of ability, gender, or background—has the opportunity to thrive, learn, and lead a dignified life.

Our mission
To create inclusive opportunities, break down barriers, and advocate for the rights and well-being of children with disabilities, women, and girls. We achieve this through dedicated education, healthcare, empowerment programs, and consistent community support.
The Kwaya Foundation is dedicated to:

- Women’s Empowerment: Implementing programs focused on skills training, entrepreneurship, and leadership development to help women achieve economic independence.
- Advocacy for the Girl Child: Championing rights to education and protection from abuse while working with communities to challenge harmful norms.
- Nutritional Support: Ensuring that disabled children receive the nutritious meals necessary for their growth and development.
- Healthcare Services: Facilitating access to essential medical care and wellness programs specifically tailored to the needs of disabled children.
- Skill Development: Offering training and workshops to help both children and their families develop valuable life and vocational skills.

Our Work
Spice Diana carried a lot of things to take to Sara Short. Sara has been sick with leg problems and has spent a long time without working. Because of this, she came out crying for mercy, asking for help. This is the video clip showing Spice Diana supporting her.
Our Vision
To be a leading advocate for an inclusive society where every child and woman—regardless of their background or physical ability—is empowered to reach their full potential.
